Agency, OverAbove, tapped Frame + Focus to create a first-of-its-kind campaign meant to highlight the sacred lands and traditions of the Cowlitz people. This powerful campaign culminated in the construction of a cultural corridor spanning the hallway between the tribe’s casino, Ilani, and its new hotel.

With this multi-year project, the goal was to create a safe place for the Cowlitz to have a strong voice and meaningful presence. Incredible strides were taken to find representation behind the lens as well as in front. Additionally, significant contributions were made to involve the local community in the production so that they could guide our team in telling their story with as much accuracy and sensitivity as possible.
